CreatorHub ("we", "us", "our") is the official creator program operated by TashiOS at tashios.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use CreatorHub at creators.tashios.com.

CreatorHub use is also governed by our Terms of Service, including rules on honest participation, earnings, payouts, and zero-tolerance fraud enforcement.

2. Information We Collect

When you use CreatorHub, we may collect:

Google account data: Name, email address, Google account ID, and profile information when you sign in with Google. Google sign-in is required.
YouTube channel data: Channel ID and channel name to verify that submitted videos belong to you.
Video submission data: YouTube URLs, video IDs, titles, thumbnails, ownership verification status, submission status, and timestamps.
Performance data: View counts, view history, earnings calculations, leaderboard rankings, and referral codes/links assigned to your account.
Payout data: PayPal email addresses you provide, payout amounts, payout status, and related admin notes.
Technical data: Basic usage information needed to operate the service, plus data stored locally in your browser (such as session preferences) to keep you signed in.
Audit and security data: Internal logs of admin actions, fraud reviews, and enforcement events related to your account or submissions.

We do not require a separate CreatorHub password. Authentication is handled through Google.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Create and manage your CreatorHub account
Verify that submitted YouTube videos belong to your connected channel
Track video views and calculate earnings under the creator program rules
Display your creator name, rankings, and earnings on the public leaderboard
Review submissions and payouts, including manual fraud checks when thresholds are met
Process PayPal payout requests
Operate referral links (for example, tashios.com/?ch=...) tied to your account
Detect, investigate, and enforce against cheating or policy violations
Improve, secure, and maintain the Service

4. What We Share

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information in these cases:

Public leaderboard: Your creator name, video count, total views, and total earnings may be visible to other users.
Service providers: Google and YouTube APIs for sign-in, channel verification, and view data. PayPal details are used only to send payouts you request.
Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of TashiOS, CreatorHub, or other users.
Program enforcement: We may preserve and use records to investigate fraud, terminate accounts, and defend against disputes.

Your email address is not shown publicly on the leaderboard.

5. Google & YouTube APIs

CreatorHub uses Google Sign-In and YouTube-related APIs. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use YouTube data only to verify channel ownership, fetch public video metadata, and track view counts for submitted videos. We do not access your YouTube account beyond what is needed for the creator program.

6. Data Retention

We retain account, submission, earnings, payout, and audit data for as long as needed to operate the program, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.

If your account is terminated for fraud or policy violations, we may retain relevant records to prevent repeat abuse and protect the program.

You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Some records may be kept where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your data. No online service is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure.

8. Children's Privacy

CreatorHub is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Creators receiving payouts are responsible for meeting any age, tax, or legal requirements in their country to receive payments.

9. International Users

CreatorHub is operated by TashiOS. If you access the Service from outside your home country, you understand that your information may be processed in locations where we or our service providers operate.

10. Fraud Prevention & Enforcement

CreatorHub exists to reward honest creators who genuinely promote TashiOS. We monitor submissions, view patterns, duplicate accounts, and payout activity to keep the ecosystem healthy.

If we detect cheating, fraud, or any attempt to game the system, we may suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without prior warning. When enforcement action is taken, we may withhold, reverse, or permanently forfeit pending and accrued earnings tied to fraudulent activity.

Enforcement may rely on account data, submission history, YouTube verification results, view tracking logs, payout records, and internal audit logs.

11. Your Rights & Choices

You can sign out at any time and revoke Google access through your Google account settings.
You can request correction or deletion of your data by emailing us.
You can stop participating by not submitting new videos and requesting account removal.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of CreatorHub after updates means you accept the revised policy.
