These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CreatorHub ("the Service"), the official TashiOS creator program at creators.tashios.com.
By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use CreatorHub.
CreatorHub pays YouTube creators to make authentic videos about TashiOS (tashios.com). This is a creator promotion program operated by TashiOS. It is not an open advertising marketplace for third-party brands.
Eligible content includes tutorials, educational videos, and honest reviews about TashiOS. The goal is a healthy ecosystem where creators earn fairly and viewers receive useful, truthful content.
CreatorHub does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between you and TashiOS. You participate as an independent creator.
CreatorHub is built on trust. Cheating, manipulation, or bad-faith behavior damages creators, viewers, and TashiOS. You agree to participate honestly and in good faith at all times.
We expect authentic videos, accurate representation of TashiOS, and organic audience growth. Gaming the system is not allowed.
When you submit a YouTube URL, you confirm that:
We may approve, reject, pause, or remove submissions at our discretion.

Earnings are not guaranteed. View counts come from third-party sources (including YouTube) and may be delayed, adjusted, or corrected. We may recalculate or reverse earnings if errors or fraud are discovered.
Payout timing is not guaranteed. We may delay, deny, reduce, or reverse payouts while reviewing suspected violations.
You are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations related to your earnings.

If you are caught engaging in any form of cheating or related misconduct, your account and earnings may be terminated immediately, with or without warning.

We are not required to provide a warning before acting. Enforcement decisions may be made using automated systems, manual review, YouTube data, and internal audit logs. Decisions may be final for program integrity.
You retain ownership of your YouTube videos. By submitting a video, you grant TashiOS and CreatorHub a non-exclusive license to use your video title, thumbnail, URL, channel name, and public performance stats (such as views and earnings) for program operation, tracking, display, promotion of the creator program, and leaderboard purposes.
TashiOS name, logos, and branding remain the property of TashiOS. You may reference TashiOS in your videos as part of the program, but you may not imply official employment, partnership, or endorsement beyond being a program participant.
CreatorHub relies on third-party services including Google, YouTube, and PayPal. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or errors caused by those services.
Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
We may change payout rates, caps, review thresholds, eligibility rules, or other program terms at any time. Changes may be posted on the site or in these Terms. Unless we say otherwise, changes apply going forward.
We may pause, limit, or end the creator program at any time.
You may stop using CreatorHub at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we suspect fraud, or to protect the program.
Upon termination for cause, you forfeit unpaid earnings tied to violating activity and lose access to the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, specific earnings, payout timing, or perfect view-count accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TashiOS and CreatorHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost views, lost earnings, or lost data arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount we paid you in the 3 months before the claim or (b) $50 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TashiOS, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your videos, your conduct, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to TashiOS's operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal legal action where permitted.
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of CreatorHub after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
